Founded in 1964, Camozzi Automation is a global leader in the design and production of motion and fluid control components, systems and technologies for Industrial automation, Transportation and Life science industries.

Camozzi Automation’s offering includes ever more IIoT products and solutions. We work on both the digitalisation of production processes and the creation of real cyber-physical systems, to enable the integration of mechanical, electronic and digital elements, constantly improving process performance and the management of the data chain.

Motion control

We analyse every single application and create solutions by identifying the best performing pneumatic, electric or proportional technology. An overall vision that requires complete competence on both the technical peculiarities of the technologies and products, and on the operational characteristics of the applications required.

We combine the reliability of valves and pneumatic actuators, the precision in control guaranteed by regulators and proportional valves and the speed and precision in positioning of electromechanical cylinders and axes, optimising single movements and the performance requested by an application. This represents the competitive advantage that Camozzi is able to propose to its customers.

Fluid control

Camozzi Automation offers solutions for the precise control of liquid and gaseous fluids for the industrial automation and the Life Science sectors:

• Industrial – Miniaturisation, Proportional Technology, Fluid Separation and General Purpose
• Life science – Analytical and medical.

Digitalisation

Digitised solutions for intelligent manufacturing. We offer mechatronic solutions with integrated sensors and diagnostics for standard and customised components. We create added value by combining motion control technologies with electronics and information technology, to guarantee reliability, flexibility and an increase of production efficiency.

Additive manufacturing

We use advanced materials and 3D printing technology that, for sectors with particular needs – for example in the presence of very high or very low temperatures, aggressive fluids – allow us to optimise geometries, lighten masses, improve performance, TCO and energy efficiency, while maintaining the same quality.
