IPB 2020, Shanghai (China)

The 17th International Powder & Bulk Solids Processing Conference & Exhibition (IPB 2019) was successfully held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center. As an annually held powder industry grand event, IPB witnessed the cultivation of Chinese powder industry for more than a decade.

In this exhibition, nearly 200 exhibitors from 13 countries and regions in the fields of crushing, grinding, screening, drying, mixing, filtering, conveying, packaging, testing, safety and explosion protection showed the latest powder processing and bulk solids technology in the space of 10,000 square meters.

During the three-day exhibition, the number of trade visitors was 11,366. According to visitor survey statistics of 2019, most of the visitors came from the machinery and plant engineering manufacturers (48%), chemical industry (35%), following by the phamaceutical (18%), food (15%), and the remaining visitors came from manufacturers and processors of plastic and rubber (12%), manufacturers of mineral and metal powders (10%), coatings and paints (8%), ceramics and glass (8%), building material industry (7%), feed manufacturers (6%), mining (7%), recycling and environmental plant manufacturers (3%), pit and quarry industry(2%), cosmetic, washing and cleaning products manufacturers (2%), paper (2%) and beverage manufacturers (2%). The exhibits with greatest interests are basic mechanical processing technologies, following by plant engineering and processing components.
